Internal Revenue Code (Code) Section 864 (e), as implemented in Joy Global (JOYG) Interest Expense of this season. Treasurer, Reg Article 1861-11T, requires that all members of a group affiliated national “treatment as a corporation for the allocation of interest expense in the income between the country and abroad.
